Face ID before clocking in
The phone scans Face ID (or fingerprint) before the camera opens, so someone else holding the phone cannot clock in for you.
Clock in with a selfie and your location. On time, effortlessly.
Staff slide one control to start and end a shift; every clock-in carries a selfie, GPS location and time. Managers see the whole team’s timesheet in one place, approve requests and export to Excel at month end.
A minimal interface with few steps. Staff clock in within seconds; managers see the whole team without chasing spreadsheets.
The phone scans Face ID (or fingerprint) before the camera opens, so someone else holding the phone cannot clock in for you.
Captured on the spot (no picking from the library); name, time, date and location are printed onto the photo.
Distance to the nearest office. Managers set several offices, each with its own radius.
Each person gets a schedule per weekday. Late minutes, early leave and worked hours are calculated automatically.
Pick a break length, get a reminder 5 minutes before and an alarm at the end. Break time is deducted from worked hours.
A monthly calendar coloured for full day, half day, absent. Weekly and monthly reports, filter by person.
A .xlsx timesheet with a totals row, opened straight into the share sheet to send to accounting.
Leave, late arrival, early leave, remote work. Managers approve or decline with a note.
Managers notify the whole team or one person, delivered straight to the phone.
The clock-in control is a slider, not a button: slide past the threshold to confirm, otherwise it springs back. Every clock-in records time, photo and coordinates, so a slip of the finger does not create bad data.
Manager mode adds a Team tab. Pick a person to see today’s clock-ins and the last 7 days; with nobody picked, the calendar, reports and requests show the whole company. Tap a photo to view the check-in image.
The monthly calendar, reports and the Excel file all count by the same rule, so they never disagree. A full day is 90% or more of the shift, a half day 45% or more. The shift is captured onto each row, so changing next month’s hours never rewrites last month.
Staff send leave, late, early-leave and remote requests and follow their status. When staff edit their own clock-in times it is only a pending request: worked hours do not change until a manager agrees.
Never Late does not try to make staff feel watched. It makes time clear to both sides.
Every clock-in carries a photo, time and location. When you need to check, open the exact row instead of asking again.
Credits, worked hours and late minutes are calculated. At month end, export one Excel file instead of collecting from many sources.
Staff see their schedule and hours and file requests in the app. Every adjustment leaves a trail for both sides.
All the features above are included. Billed per employee with an active account on the invoice cut-off date, not per branch.
Prices in Vietnamese đồng, excluding VAT. Payment by bank transfer with an e-invoice. Staff download the app free and see no prices in the app. Prices may be adjusted before official sales begin.
Leave your details and the DBR team will get in touch within a working day and set up offices, shifts and your staff list together with you. There is no self-sign-up yet: we set up each company with you.
PREVIEW: this form is for display only. It sends nothing anywhere and stores nothing. Sign-up opens once approved.
The first release is for iPhone, via the App Store when the app launches. [TO CONFIRM: Android timing]
The app scans the phone’s Face ID (or fingerprint) before the camera opens, every time, and only allows a photo taken on the spot, not an old one. This stops others using your phone; it is not a match of the face against an employee record.
Clocking in outside the radius is still recorded, with a flag for the manager to review. Staff can file a remote-work request to explain in advance.
No. Location is read when staff clock in and on screens that show distance to the office; the app does not request background location.
Each company’s data is kept separate and only that company’s people can access it; the DBR team sets it up with you. Row-level permissions apply: staff read only their own data; managers designated by the company can see the team’s clock-in photos and locations. Photos are in private storage, opened only through temporary links. Details on the Privacy policy page.
A free 30-day trial for up to 20 staff, no card and no automatic charge; when it ends we ask whether you want to pay, and it never renews by itself. The Starter plan is 300.000 đ per company per month including 15 staff; extra people 20.000 đ each per month; excluding VAT.
Let your team try it and see how tidy a timesheet can be.
